Driven by a global community of robotics enthusiasts, technologists, and visionaries, XMAQUINA invites contributors to share their expertise, collaborate on groundbreaking projects, and earn $DEUS tokens. To attract top talent, the DAO will establish an in-house innovation hub, “Deus Labs,” to bring together creative, independent thinkers passionate about robotics to collaborate, innovate, and develop groundbreaking ideas.
Members: Community members staking $DEUS tokens, actively participating in governance and shaping the DAO’s future with their voting influence reflecting their token stake.
Northstar Council: A group of six DAO delegates responsible for supervising the DAO’s direction and long-term strategy to ensure it is aligned with the missions and constitution adopted by the DAO.
Scoring Committee: A panel of industry experts, including leaders from the venture capital, robotics, and decentralized technology sectors, evaluates proposals, drafts memos, advises on developments, and offers strategic recommendations. By doing so, the committee ensures the DAO is well-informed when voting to allocate resources, ultimately helping shape promising concepts into tangible, impactful outcomes.
Deus Labs: The innovation hub is XMAQUINA’s in-house initiative for advancing open-source robotics, ethical AI, and decentralized technologies. Open to contributions from all DAO members, it brings together technologists, researchers, and builders to collaborate on transformative projects. While professionals and domain experts lead the work, anyone in the DAO can apply to contribute and help shape its direction. The hub will collaborate with research institutions and universities to support cutting-edge R&D, focusing on turning promising ideas into viable products. Regular updates will be shared with the community to incorporate feedback at every stage of development. If the lab’s R&D results in viable findings or MVPs, it can submit funding proposals to the DAO to advance development. These initiatives could evolve into spin-offs or new ventures, with the DAO maintaining a significant stake. This approach enables the DAO to deliver real-world products and drive meaningful impact.
Execution Engine: The Execution Engine serves as the operational arm of the MachineDAO, responsible for executing all key initiatives. This entity, known as RWA Robotics, is composed of founding stewards focused on driving early development, adoption, and operational success. DAO members with relevant skills and expertise are invited to apply to join the Execution Engine. With a designated budget and full autonomy over resource allocation, the Execution Engine ensures agility and responsiveness to the DAO’s evolving priorities. Designed to decentralize over time, the Execution Engine will gradually transfer responsibilities to the broader community and automated systems as the DAO matures.
The Execution Engine’s responsibilities include:
Deal Sourcing: Identifying and evaluating high-potential opportunities in robotics, DePIN, and related sectors. This involves conducting in-depth market research and sourcing investments that align with the DAO’s mission and strategic goals. Legal: Ensuring all operations adhere to applicable laws, regulations, and tax requirements, safeguarding the DAO’s integrity. Tokenomics & Incentives: Refining the $DEUS token’s economic framework, including creating mechanisms to incentivize meaningful contributions and support long-term sustainability. Governance: Supporting the evolution of governance processes by promoting transparency, fairness, and proposing updates for community voting as the DAO grows. Comms & Ops: Managing day-to-day operations, coordinating workflows, driving awareness, and overseeing communication and marketing efforts to grow and engage XMAQUINA’s community while enhancing the DAO’s visibility and impact. Treasury & DeFi: Developing strategies to manage volatile assets, proposing DeFi strategies for treasury growth, and ensuring transparency in financial reporting to the DAO.
The DAO enables collective ownership of machines, robots, tokens and other strategic assets.
Multi-Token Treasury: A diversified treasury, accumulated during the Genesis Auction, comprising crypto assets such as PEAQ, ETH, BTC, stablecoins, and other DePIN and AI tokens with growth potential. The DAO can leverage these assets to generate yield through DeFi when not actively deployed.
Machine RWAs: Autonomous machines deployed in real-world operations, generating tangible economic value.
Robotics Companies: Investments in high-growth robotics and automation ventures.
DePIN & AI Protocols: Early-stage investments in decentralized infrastructure and AI projects that help shape the future of machine autonomy and the broader decentralized ecosystem.
Intellectual Property: Tokenized IP, licenses, or patents from R&D funding for open-source, or ethical AI technologies. This could include future AI models for general purpose humanoid robots.
